Synthesis cards

You have access to a basic information consisted of cards
presenting, into two to three pages, the principal characteristics
of a topic or a sector in Romania, with the contact details of the
main institutions (administrations, professional federations…).

Price:  estimated on time basis, with a minimum of 150 €
without VAT (VAT to 19 %). 

Contact lists

You wish to set up operations of direct marketing or to constitute
you databases at ends of prospecting.

SBD Bucharest is at your disposal to study with you the response
to your need.

Price:  on estimate, according to the number and the origin of
the contacts.

Selection of contacts

You wish to identify relevant local contacts of which relevance for
your activity and your projects of development is guaranteed, and
whose update was checked.

SBD Bucharest can, on the basis of schedule of conditions, to help
you to identify and to qualify in a detailed way these contacts:
industrial purchasers, partners, political distributors, interlocutors,
and service providers…

The selection of contacts is a work made to measure and leads to
the identification of a number of contacts generally ranging between three and thirty according to cases'.

Price:  estimated on time basis, in a fork ranging between 200 and 400 € without VAT (VAT to 19 %).

Prospecting missions

You wish to directly meet the significant contacts for your activity.

SBD Bucharest can set up a programme of appointment with
selected contacts which agree to meet you face to face on the
basis of your activity or your products and services presentation.

A four weeks deadline minimum is necessary for the organization.
If you move in the country of one area to the other in closer dates , our consultants will be able to coordinate each other to optimize your business trip.

Price:  estimated on time basis, in a fork ranging between 200 and 2 000 € without VAT.  200 € without VAT /programme + 20 € without VAT /meeting + transfer fees 30 € without VAT + travelling expense 0.4 € without VAT /KM + assistance fees 150 without VAT /day.  (VAT to 19 %)

SBD Bucharest can also organize a programme of appointment with the contacts which you will have taken the initiative to indicate to him, without its engagement on the quality and the potential of the meetings.

The personalized services are available on request, but must be the

Price:  on estimate, of 250 € without VAT /day for project managers
and 350 € without VAT /day for associated directors. (VAT to 19 %). 

Our services sales conditions

Your proposal for a purchase of one or several of our services is
regarded as firm in its amount as in its calendar of realization at
the day of the signature of the financial commitments.

Payment terms: credit transfer of 50% of the value of the order.
